He also wrote a radical reworking of \u003ci\u003eThe Cherry Orchard\u003c\/i\u003e for the Sherman Theatre, which translated the action of the play to 1980s Pembrokeshire, at the beginning of the Thatcher era, and Killology, a co-production between the Sherman Theatre and the Royal Court, which won Outstanding Achievement in an Affiliate Theatre at the 2018 Olivier Awards. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003ePreviously, he's written \u003ci\u003eViolence and Son\u003c\/i\u003e for the Royal Court.\u003ci\u003e Violence and Son\u003c\/i\u003e was nominated for an Olivier in 2016, and its star David Moorst won Best Emerging Talent at the Evening Standard Awards and Most Promising Newcomer at the Critics' Circle Awards for his performance as Liam. In 2015, he wrote \u003ci\u003eIphigenia in Splott \u003c\/i\u003efor the Sherman Theatre, which was featured as one of The Guardian's 50 best theatre shows of the 21st century.
