After 1975, the Mirage was no longer in John Wyer hands, but the name lived on, and the marque remained a significant player in the World Championship for some years. He has raced for over forty years, still competing in international and historic events (several of his books have featured reports from his own test drives). Ed also does the radio commentary at Goodwood, Monaco and American events, and is Track Tester for online historic motoring magazine Retro-Speed.
