Previously, she was the dean of University Libraries at Grand Valley State University for eight years and the associate university librarian, Information Resources \u0026amp; Academic Excellence at the University of Waterloo, for 5 years. Being an accessibility and inclusion advocate as well as her experiences in academic, corporate, public libraries, and government settings define her career. Her research now focuses on leadership and skills development. Annie is Québéçoise and disabled. She received an MLIS from Western University, Canada. She is an ARL Leadership Fellow alum.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eJennifer A. DeVito\u003c\/b\u003e (she\/her) is an associate librarian and director of Access \u0026amp; User Services at Stony Brook University Libraries. She holds a master of science in information technology and design from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, a master of science in library science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a bachelor of arts from The New School for Social Research. With a focus on library management and the evolving landscape of information access and design, her research explores strategies to enhance user engagement and optimize access to library services.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eJohn J. Meier \u003c\/b\u003e(he\/him) is the head of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) Libraries at the Pennsylvania State University on the University Park campus. He holds a master of science in library and information science from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a master and bachelor of science in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
