Tanisha has exhibited her works in art galleries in Australia and New Zealand, in four group and seven solo exhibitions (2001-2011). Some of her written works include Musings from an Academic Kiwi (Compassion Publishers 2016), Chronic illness: the temporal thief (Lambert 2016), and Turtles and Diggers (Compassion Publishers 2016). This book contains the works of 72 authors, including 64 medical students.
