Dr. Andera received his doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Construction from Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois. His master's degree from Bemidji State University is in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Construction. He received a bachelor's degree in both Vocational Education and Industrial Technology in Construction from the University of South Dakota in Springfield, South Dakota. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e Dr. Andera served as the Director of Education and Safety at Associated Builders and Contractors in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
