The neighborhood is changing and these people are the new folks, diverse, interesting and mainly gay.First are Wes & Bill who met when Wes was 17 and Bill was 34. Wes, from their very first handshake, is convinced that they belong together and will ultimately spend the rest of their lives together. Bill, after Wes' 18th birthday, finds himself becoming more and more convinced that Wes is right. Living on Taylor Circle only reinforces that conviction.Shortly after Wes & Bill move in on the circle, Buzz & Mickey arrive. They met on a cold, foggy San Francisco evening, on Polk Street where they were both looking for the same thing. They found it in each other. Life was good to them and saw to it that they ended up on Taylor Circle.George & Michael came next. They were each married and had families when they met at a faculty party at a small Midwest college. They shared an office for ten years and then began to share a life. That life became even better when they arrived on Taylor Circle. Finally we have Cliff and Stan who met at the baths in Manhattan where they found themselves very compatible, both sexually and in all other ways as well. They moved to Chicago where they built a company and, without recognizing it, a life together. Their arrival on Taylor Circle shakes up a few of the folks until they realize it's way better that way.

Author Biography

Greg Bowden is a native Californian and thus a product of California schools in the 1940's and 50's.For a lot of years Greg was well aware that he had stories he needed to tell but he wouldn't attempt to put them on paper because everyone laughed at his pathetic attempts at spelling. Then came The Greatest Invention of All Time: the spellchecker. (Well, maybe the second greatest; the Stall Shower is right up there with it.) At any rate, once he began to write he couldn't be stopped. Over the years his stories have appeared in magazines, anthologies, on the Internet and, now, in books. For whatever it's worth, Greg is also able to say that some of his stories have been translated into both French and Dutch. Greg lives and writes in Palm Springs, California, and still can't spell. He lives with John, his partner of thirty-eight years and Winnifred, the most stubborn Wire Hair Fox Terrier in the state, possibly the entire world. All in all he's a very lucky guy.

Number of Pages: 164

Dimensions: 0.35 x 9.02 x 5.98 IN

Publication Date: December 16, 2010
