Shri Singh, a reader in Economics was teaching Economics for more than two decades. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e While discharging his official work as a Joint Director, Higher Education (University), Govt. of Manipur, India. He was also more into research work and others guiding Ph.D. scholars.
