Full Geographic Coverage
BooksCloud delivers to:
- All 50 US states — including Hawaii and Alaska
- APO/FPO addresses — military addresses worldwide served through the US postal system
- US territories — Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, and other USPS-served territories
The $7 flat shipping rate applies across all of these destinations. There are no surcharges for Hawaii, Alaska, or territories.
What "USPS-Compliant Address" Means
BooksCloud ships via USPS (Media Mail for most titles). The one requirement is that the delivery address must be a valid USPS-compliant address. If a customer provides an incomplete or malformed address that is not USPS-compliant, the shipment may be undeliverable. In that case, BooksCloud's policy is clear: non-delivery due to an incorrect address is not eligible for a free replacement, since the error originates with the address provided. This is why it's important to prompt customers to double-check their shipping address at checkout.
What BooksCloud Does Not Ship
BooksCloud does not ship internationally — no deliveries to Canada, the UK, Australia, or any other country. All fulfillment is domestic US (including territories and military addresses). If your store attracts international traffic, restrict checkout to US addresses or communicate clearly in your shipping policy that books only ship within the US.
Delivery Timelines by Destination
Most standard USPS destinations (continental US) receive books within 3 to 7 business days. Hawaii, Alaska, and territories may be at the longer end of that range or slightly beyond it for some shipments. Print-on-demand titles can take 4 to 12 days regardless of destination.
