What the Package Looks Like
When BooksCloud ships an order to your customer, the package arrives with the following characteristics:
- Return address: BooksCloud's returns facility, labeled as "Your Book Order" — not "BooksCloud," not "splitShops," not any supplier name your customer could look up
- No receipt inside: The package does not include a packing slip, invoice, or receipt. This is intentional — for stores where customers may order both BooksCloud books and other products, a receipt inside one package could cause confusion
- No supplier marketing: There are no BooksCloud promotional materials, coupons, or branded inserts included in the box
From the customer's perspective, a book arrived. That is it.
Why This Matters for Your Store
White-label fulfillment protects the perception that your store is the seller, not a middleman. The Tracking Notification
The tracking number is pushed back to Shopify, and Shopify sends your customer a standard tracking notification branded to your store. The notification comes from your Shopify domain and reflects your store's name — not BooksCloud's. The customer clicks the tracking link, sees USPS tracking, and monitors delivery just as they would for any other online order.
