After an order is placed, it sits on hold for 24 hours. After 24 hours, it is automatically submitted for fulfillment. Your card is charged right before the order goes to fulfillment.
You can also:
- Submit an order immediately. You will be charged immediately, and the order will be sent to fulfillment for processing.
- Set an order to On Hold status. When an order is placed on hold, it will not be submitted until you return to the page and submit the order.
- Set an order as Cancelled. That will irrevocably cancel the order. If you want to submit the order after cancelling it, you will need to place the order on your store again and mark it as paid so it syncs with BooksCloud.
