He created the Jonathan Fleming Foundation to raise awareness about the struggles exonerees face and to provide supportive programs to help them get on their feet. Jonathan has used his platform to expose the epidemic of wrongful conviction in the American judicial system and to garner support for those affected by it. He resolves the time he spent in prison wasn't for him, but so he could become a spokesperson for the wrongfully convicted.
