A Fool For Love - Paperback
by Susan Lute (Author)
A heartwarming tale of second chances, unexpected family, and the kind of love that dares you to stop running.
When free-spirited mechanic and painter Alice York rolls into Sellwood, Oregon, the plan is simple: fix her truck and keep moving. But a temporary job working for single dad Zach Barret-and the charming chaos of small-town life-quickly turns into something more.
Zach's focus is on raising his daughter and managing the town's elder care home, not falling for a vibrant nomad with a mysterious past. Yet Alice's laugh, her heart, and her art begin to rewrite everything he thought he wanted.
As buried secrets rise to the surface, Alice and Zach must decide: will they risk everything for a love that feels like home?
Author Biography
Susan Lute is a multi-published, award-winning author of traditional and Indie books. She swears the best things in life come in unexpected packages. An ardent student of human nature, who loves ancient history, myth, and dragons, she doesn't remember thinking ... someday I'll grow up to be a writer. She writes whenever she can. In between she works as a Registered Nurse, reads, gardens, loves to travel, and work on remodeling her house. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband of many years. Currently she's working on the next novel in her Dragonkind Chronicles, and because she has too much curiosity and a short attention span, is writing a new mainstream romance.
