A Lion for Every Friend is a short story about a red lion who feels nervous on his first day of school. At first he feels lonely, but a friendly lion says "Hello!" and introduces him to other friends. Furry red lion finds out that each friend is special in their own way. As they play and have fun together, furry red lion learns that being different is what makes friendship wonderful. By the end of the day, he feels happy and excited to come back to school.
