Author Biography

Robb Moss is a professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California. He earned a Ph.D. at U.C. Berkeley in Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering, with minors in Engineering Seismology and Structural Reliability.
