Author Biography

Rachel West is a nurse, mother of four small children, and the owner of Driftwood Wellness Group. Driftwood Wellness Group is a consulting company providing support coaching to those engaged in bariatric surgical and non-surgical weight loss and offers workshops as well as individual coaching sessions to small and large local and international audiences. She has practiced nursing for the last sixteen years in a variety of settings including Intensive Care, hospice, administration and, most recently, academics. She is both a teacher and a student grateful for the opportunity to share knowledge and receive insights from wherever they may come.
