Dr. Kalawati Jaiswal, Ph.D., heads the Department of Psychology at Marwari College, Ranchi University, Ranchi, India. She is a thoroughbred academician with over 32 years of teaching experience. Dr. Jaiswal is an experienced writer and has published a number of popular research articles on various social issues.
