Author Biography

Steven Deeds is the author of hundreds of posts dedicated to the application of brewing science. Being academically trained as an engineer, but creatively minded in music, art, photography, and cooking, makes brewing is a perfect culmination of his skills. He brewed his first beer in 2001 and has been growing the hobby with innovation ever since. He's hedged out and developed brand new brewing techniques as well as found new application for century old research.
