Author Biography
Steven L. Parker serves as an Appellate Judge for the Southern Plains Region of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and as District Judge for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. A lawyer by trade, he is a graduate of Northeastern Oklahoma State University and The University of Oklahoma College of Law. Steven resides with his wife, Shirley, in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.
