Después de superar una inflamación severa y SIBO (sobrecrecimiento bacteriano en el intestino delgado por sus sigla en inglés), descubrió el poder de sanar a través de los alimentos y hoy comparte recetas antiinflamatorias que nutren el cuerpo y el alma. Fundadora de Cocina con Irelis, combina su formación en educación, patología del habla y nutrición vegetal con su deseo de inspirar bienestar y equilibrio en cada plato.
Irelis Pérez is a Puerto Rican chef and influencer, certified in nutrition and passionate about healthy cooking. After overcoming severe inflammation and SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth, ) she discovered the power of healing through food and now shares anti-inflammatory recipes that nourish both body and soul.
