Author Biography

Licenciada en Comunicaci?n Social, Alejandra Gonz?lez ha realizado diversos cursos y talleres de escritura, focaliz?ndose en textos para la infancia. El rojo orgulloso es su primer cuento publicado. Actualmente es due?a, junto con su esposo, de la editorial Morisqueta. Daniel Kondo naci? en 1971. Desciende de japoneses, pero vivi? mucho tiempo en Brasil, donde ejerci? por muchos a?os. Actualmente vive en Punta del Este, Uruguay. La relaci?n entre el ser humano y la naturaleza ha servido de gran inspiraci?n en su obra literaria. Cuenta con mas de cincuenta libros publicados y ha recibido muchos premios. Su trabajo ha sido traducido al espa?ol, ingl?s y coreano.

Graduate in Social Communication, Alejandra Gonz?lez has taken various writing courses and workshops, focusing on texts for children. The Proud Red is her first published story. She is currently the owner, together with her husband, of the Morisqueta publishing house. Daniel Kondo was born in 1971. He is of Japanese descent, but he lived for a long time in Brazil, where he practiced for many years. He currently lives in Punta del Este, Uruguay. The relationship between humans and nature has served as a great inspiration in his literary work. He has more than fifty books published and has received many awards. His work has been translated into Spanish, English and Korean.
