by Thomas Vick (Author)
Most church going people would be appalled and horrified if someone said religion is a poison. But isn't religion basically accepting the thoughts and beliefs of the person that presents their material? The college student simply repeats the words of the professor in order to get a good grade. The religious person acts and repeats what their pastor has preached. That is religion!
Faith is what a person actually believes in. The person has to have a serious wrestling match in their brain on each issue before it becomes a part of their faith. This book was written to provoke deep and serious thought in the areas of God, Creation, Eternity, Heaven, and definitely-- Sin. Dear Reader, I wish you a successful grappling to gain a faith that is your own.
