In today's world when we need help we reach out and get it. Be it business, personal, financial, career or other, we go to coaches to help us divine the information we need to move forward. But what if we aren't aware of our own roadblocks, the ways we stop ourselves. We can work with the best people in the world, yet not get the answers we seek. The same is true with how we process or receive information. We need to know, to understand ourselves more fully to work more effectively with our coaching professionals.
