The first of a two volume set of poetry by RD Armstrong, owner and operator of the Lummox Press, member of the American Small Press community and unofficial Poet Laurette of the L. A. Harbor. It contains 184 poems from a fifteen year period of Armstrong's writing, beginning with his years in San Pedro and Long Beach, two towns that border the L.A. Harbor. It is a working man's poetry collection.

Author Biography

RD Armstrong has been actively involved in the Southern California poetry scene for nearly twenty years. He has been published in hundreds of mags, E-zines and anthologies. In addition to his essays on the body poetic, he has also published the work of hundreds of poets in his Lummox Journal, Lummox Press and the Little Red Book series. He currently lives in Long Beach where he makes his living as a handyman.
