Joseph E. Galligan is a writer and chemical dependency professional in Portland, Oregon. He is co-founder of Facilitated Recovery Enhancement and is on the board of Renewal House Northwest, both of which are not clinical treatment approaches but rather designed to help recovering addicts create stronger spiritual foundations of their recoveries.
