Mark D. Conrad spent more than twenty-seven years in the military becoming an expert in the strategic planning process. He guided top leadership in creating plans for all the Pacific Air Force military bases, including Okinawa, Guam, Korea, Hawaii, and Japan. He also taught process improvement techniques and led inspections using the Baldridge Criteria. In addition, Conrad applied Biblical principles to his work.
