Author Biography
William Potter is a talented and versatile author of children's and adult non-fiction and comic books. His first book in this series How To Walk on the Moon was shortlisted for the SLA Information Book Award 2025. His comic book oeuvre includes well-known properties such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Sonic the Comic. He has also successfully kickstarted the creator-owned comic Geezer in collaboration with Philip Bond. This fictional story of a Britpop band is based on William's experiences as the bassist of real-life indie band CUD. He lives in Leeds, UK.
Richard Watson studied illustration at Lincoln University School of Art and Design and achieved a first class BA honours degree upon graduating. His first book in this series How To Walk on the Moon was shortlisted for the SLA Information Book Award 2025. He uses a range of techniques to produce his artwork, mixing traditional drawing and painting with collage and mixed media.
