Rosemary Harper, MSW is a Social Worker who has many years experience working with Vietnam Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and its accompanying emotional problems. She found this method of helping those with phobias and acute anxiety to cope with many issues in their lives. She now is retired and lives on a hobby farm in Tasmania, the Southernmost State in Australia.
