My name is Jonah Matthews and at the time of writing this book I am twelve years old. The purpose of this book is to help those around my age learn ways to be their best self as a kid for their parents and peers. I'm inspired by the passion my dad has to help others as a marriage and family therapist. When I found out he was writing a book, I was motivated to write my own as well. So I started thinking, how can I help kids around my age? I realized every kid needs to ask for things. So I compiled twenty-two real-life stories of my experiences, with three key traits I feel you need to make your parents proud (and get what you want!). I hope you enjoy it.
