Alan E. Nelson, Ed.D. teaches leadership and performance and motivation at USC Marshall School of Business and the Naval Postgraduate School. His doctorate is in leadership from the University of San Diego and he is the founder of KidLead Inc. and LeadYoung Training Systems. Dr. Nelson lives in Thousand Oaks, California, near Los Angeles.
