From the sun bathed shores of Los Angeles to the White House, and on to the exotic cities of India and the snow packed mountains of Tibet, the story evolves from the scientific and geopolitical to a mystical world that might only be just a breath away.

Author Biography

Gary Goldman was a US Army Ranger Captain, and commanded a light infantry rifle company in Vietnam. Since then, he has traveled the world involved in a number of "interesting" activities. At one time or another he has taught scuba, flying, close quarter combat, the use of a variety of weapons, land navigation, etc., and once had a jaw-grindingly boring job in corporate IT. He has been a screenwriter, a military/terrorist technical advisor for several high-budget Hollywood films, was a fitness fanatic and became a distance runner. Back in the '90s, he got serious about Tibetan Buddhism, and began the process of sorting some of the karmic kinks out-a task still very much in progress. He now lives in Los Angeles, where he writes, teaches Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, and practices almost every day.
