Consuelo Sanz de Bremond Lloret (Valencia, 1963) graduated in Biological Sciences at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and has devoted herself to researching garments, daily life, and hygiene in the Middle and Modern Ages for over twenty years, work she shares in her blog, opusincertumhispanicus.blogspot.com. She has published several scientific papers on the subject and has been a lecturer and speaker at conferences. The Embroideress is her first novel.
Author Biography
Consuelo Sanz de Bremond Lloret (Valencia, 1963). Licenciada en Ciencias biológicas por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, desde hace más de veinte años se dedica a la investigación de la indumentaria, vida cotidiana e higiene en la Edad Media y Moderna, estudios que comparte en su blog opusincertumhispanicus.blogspot.com. Ha publicado diversos artículos científicos de su especialidad y participado como ponente en congresos e impartido conferencias. La bordadora es su primera novela.
