Author Biography
Joe Abercrombie (Lancaster, 1974) es considerado por muchos expertos del género como la joven promesa de la literatura fantástica británica e internacional. En 2006 debutó con La voz de las espadas, galardonada con el premio John W. Campbell Memorial al mejor escritor novel. Fue el inicio de la trilogía «La primera ley», que completó con Antes de que los cuelguen y El último argumento de los reyes. También es autor de las novelas La mejor venganza, Los héroes y Tierras Rojas.
Media guerra es la entrega final de la trilogía «El mar Quebrado», que arrancó con Medio rey (Fantascy, mayo de 2015) y siguió con Medio mundo (Fantascy, septiembre de 2015). Ambas novelas se colocaron en el top ten de The Sunday Times cuando se publicaron en inglés.
