Author Biography

Kandi Shepherd and I was born just outside of Chicago, Ill. but spent most of my life in Oklahoma. I am now and have been in Georgia for many years. I am writing Children's books because I have 4 children of my own and over the years they have taught me a lot. I have chosen to write books to give children a different look at learning. I hope my books can help to make learning fun, exciting, and inspirational. I believe that children of all races, class or economical situations should be able to connect with what they are reading so they have a desire to learn more. With each book that is sold, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to charities involving children and women.
