Author Biography

Robert Mauro is an attorney who is a civil rights advocate, and has written extensively about disability rights, health insurance, and politics over the last two decades. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from New England Law- Boston, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Sacramento State University. He lives in Maryland with his wife, two of his four children, three cats, and his Old English sheepdog named Bailey.
