Author Biography

Lu Guangsheng is the Dean of the School of International Relations at Yunnan University, Director of the Center for Peripheral Diplomacy Studies, and Deputy Director of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Research Center. He is a recipient of the National Talent Project, the State Council's Special Allowance, and is recognized as a " Yunling Scholar" and a leading young academic in Yunnan Province.
