Author Biography

Richard Welin is a retired teacher and builder who lives with his wife in Sonoma County, California. A son of Swedish immigrants, he grew up in Duluth and Chicago. Previous publications include poems and stories. This is his first novel. Another, "River Road," is soon to follow.
