Author Biography

Derek Good currently owns Rapid Results, a training and development company in New Zealand. He has worked in general management for over 15 years and has a passion for excellence in Customer Service. As the owner of a training company and previous general manager of another training company, Derek has had to show the return of any training investment to future and existing clients. Working on a model with his team, the 'Return on Investment made easy' result has been tested since early 2004 and has been used to both win projects and measure the success of implementation of training programmes ever since. Derek comes from the management working background which needs this sort of information to help run and manage budgets. Formerly of the United Kingdom, he now resides in New Zealand with his wife and four children.
