Author Biography

James J. Walsh (1864-1942) was professor of nervous diseases and history of Medicine at Fordham University School of Medicine. John M. Peterson is assistant dean of the Braniff Graduate School of Liberal Arts at the University of Dallas. Jason T. Eberl is the Director of the Albert Gnaegi Center for Health Care Ethics at Saint Louis University.
