Author Biography
Dale De Remer is the author of "Seaplane Operations," "Water Flying Concepts," and "Global Navigation for Pilots." He is a professor emeritus of aviation at the University of North Dakota's Center for Aerospace Sciences. He also teaches advanced wilderness seaplane pilot courses. He lives in Florence, Oregon.
