by Leesa Ronald (Author)
An entrancing, laugh-out-loud enemies-to-lovers romantic comedy perfect for fans of Book Lovers by Emily Henry and No Hard Feelings by Genevieve Novak.
Moving back to her hometown in country New South Wales--single, jobless, and pregnant--was never part of Poppy's plan. With her best friend hundreds of kilometers away and her ex avoiding her calls, she's running out of people to lean on.
Definitely not her midwife, James. Sure, he held her hand through childbirth--but only because it was his job. Or so she thought. As their paths keep crossing in the small town, Poppy starts to wonder if she misjudged him... and that complicates everything.
As Poppy stumbles from crisis to crisis, she discovers that sometimes you have to let go of the past to build a future--and that the strongest relationships can grow from the most unexpected beginnings.
