Author Biography
Mother, athlete, veteran, WBFF Pro Fitness Diva, personal trainer, and nutritional counselor are my current occupations. Writing fitness training programs and meal plans is a small part in the bigger plan of educating on fitness and nutrition. My goal is not only to teach people how to exercise and eat for their goals, but to teach them how to feel comfortable and confident in the gym. It's a huge accomplishment teaching people how to push past their comfort zone so they can really see their potential. Sometimes parenting, work, and life get in the way of reaching your fitness goals. Then your goals seem impossible, but they are not. There is a balance and it can be done! My goal is to reach as many people as I can and teach them how to reach their fitness goals, how to eat, and how to walk around feeling empowered and confident.
