Author Biography

David Benton has been a security professional for almost two decades. Initially trained as a Counterintelligence Special Agent with the US Army, he worked in numerous operations performing security assessments and conducting investigations. After leaving the Army, he worked for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation as a supervisor of its Computer Evidence Recovery Team. He is the author of two books and numerous articles. Benton received extensive training at the US Army Intelligence Center at Fort Huachuca, Federal Bureau of Investigation's Quantico Training Facility and has worked on a team that received an award from the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.
