Author Biography
Taya is a personal trainer and fitness model from Toronto. She started competing as a fitness model in 2009 and has won many shows and is a pro competitor with many organizations. Taya has been a personal trainer for over 7 years and trains her clients in-home and out of a private studio in Toronto. (www.tayasfiness.com) Taya started out as a gymnast and competitive cheerleader, coaching both sports is was what originally got her inspired to be a fitness trainer. She had to learn proper nutrition and fitness (strength, endurance, flexibility) as an athlete to perform her best. She is also inspired and looks up to her grandmother who is a naturopathic nutritionist. Taya has a passion for fitness and health and loves to be a positive role model, and motivate others to complete their goals, to look amazing and to feel amazing.
