Living in the outskirts of the outskirts of Phoenix, Colette Black enjoys spending time with her husband, five kids, their two dogs, and the family cat. Between moments of chaos, she writes, enjoys traveling, does handwork, and loves to read. Some of her favorite authors are Shannon Hale, Brandon Sanderson, and Cinda Chima.
