Author Biography

After graduating from the University of Dayton where she studied finance and psychology, Maria chased her passions around the world and back, cooking and caring for five different families. Studying clinical nutrition while nannying professionally in California, she became aware that kids everywhere are being deprived of childhood's most basic pleasures because of nutrition issues that are avoidable.
