Mary Martin Holland embraces Life with a spirit and passion that few can imagine. She is an author, an inventor and an entrepreneur, an artist, an energy worker and an avid social advocate. Born and bred in suburban Connecticut, Holland found her heart among the mountains and meadows of rural Vermont. Yet her journey was only just beginning, with thousands of miles and a million more adventures to share. Several countries and numerous near death experiences later, she walks a bit slower now, yet with a much truer perspective of our world. She was a logger, a corporate climber and eventually became "The Ice Cream Lady" who served up the biggest cones in town. She has been a victim, an addict and an outlaw, and has known murderers and thieves, along with global executives, family farmers and Tibetan Monks. She is a wild woman of the highest order, and engages the world through her insights and her grace.
