Author Biography

Denise Schleicher is an elementary teacher that grew up in Reading, Pennsylvania. She is married and has two adult children and a rescue dog named Champ, look for him in the book. After reading about the ugly city Christmas tree in the local newspaper, she decided to write a story from the tree's point of view and help children understand how they can make a difference. This book encourages children to dream big!
