Three O'Clock - Paperback
by Daniel H. Bennett (Editor), Sherri Ward (Author)
Bob had been very happy as a brand new employee of The Company. He knew he had been given an almost unbelievable opportunity, one he didn't even deserve because of his lack of any professional credentials. The Manager is gracious, hires him anyway, and assures him that he will receive all the training he needs to do well. But as time passes, Bob learns there are difficulties and stressful circumstances both from within and outside The Company. He becomes weary and resentful, and eventually finds himself on the brink of giving up and returning to his former unrewarding job as a dishwasher at a downtown diner.
