Author Biography

Quintin Shepherd, Ph. D, is an internationally recognized leader of transformational organizational change. He is a keynote speaker, author of numerous articles, and author of The Secret to Transformational Leadership. In a career spanning nearly two decades of successful leadership in numerous school districts and several states, he now shares his insights into the systemic architecture that allows for real change to occur in school districts.
