As believers, we must make a constant decision to hear the voice of God over the voice of man. I am surrounded daily by voices and influence, yet I must have a higher frame of mind to hear the voice of God than the voice of man. As the scripture says, I'd rather obey God than man, and I must apply it on a regular basis.
